HAN members are respected and trusted members of the business community who enjoy building relationships with other private equity investors and entrepreneurs. All members are subject to the HAN code of conduct.

Membership Dues

HAN is a non-profit organization whose members must be accredited investors, as such phrase is defined in Regulation D promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Accredited investors are defined here.There is no minimum investment required to become a member.

Individual Membership: $1,900

• Access to hundreds of early stage investment opportunities from national companies at the forefront of innovation across technology, consumer, health and life sciences, and energy
• Attend all HAN events including monthly member selection meetings, ten live pitch meetings each year, member educational events, and monthly member social events
• Access to members-only, password-protected deal management software which includes information on companies in various stages of the deal flow process
• Join committee or deal teams to leverage the collective knowledge of other HAN members
  
• Learn from seasoned accredited investors about various aspects of early-stage investing and the private equity process
• Form relationships and share business opportunities with other successful early-stage investors
  
• Gain the skills to confidently make individual investment decisions

• Includes all benefits of Individual Membership for two members from the same family
